is the Internaonal Civil Aviaon Organisaon

which has the task of implemenng the 1944

Convenon on Internaonal Civil Aviaon. The

Convenon’s purpose is to establish Standards

and Recommended Pracces (SARPs), which form

the basis of aviaon regulaons in all 193 ICAO

member states.
